The Element Library allows you to create diagram elements - such as Barriers - outside of a diagram, and then reuse them across multiple diagrams or projects. This keeps your organisation’s data consistent and provides a high-level overview of how a barrier, task or other item is used throughout your organisation.
The Element Library also features a Recommendations page, which helps you identify and consolidate duplicate elements across your existing projects and diagrams.
Library elements used in a diagram are linked: they cannot be edited within the diagram and are automatically kept in sync with changes made in the library. If an element needs to change in one diagram only, you can unlink it.
