Overview

Diagrams of all types are grouped into projects. A project can be restricted to certain users or groups, or made public so everyone in the organisation can see it.

Organisation Admins can see all projects.

Project restriction icons

Each project name shows an icon indicating who can access it.

Icon Meaning
🌍 The project is public - visible to all users in the organisation
👤 The project is restricted to only you
👥 The project is restricted to specific users or groups

Use the search bar to filter projects by text. The search covers project names, subfolders, diagrams and barrier titles. Press Enter or click the search icon to run it.

Create a project

The + NEW PROJECT button is visible to users with the Organisation Admin or Diagram Editor role. Click it to open the Create Project dialog and give the project a name.

Manage, edit and delete projects

On the project row, open the menu and choose Settings. This opens the project’s settings page, where you can:

  • Rename the project.
  • Transfer ownership of the project to another user.
  • Manage access controls for the project.
  • Delete the project and all diagrams and associated information.

Only admins or the project’s creator can manage, edit or delete a project.

Admin view vs standard view

Admins see a view toggle in the toolbar:

  • Admin View - shows all projects in the organisation.
  • Standard View - shows the restricted projects you have access to.
